amarelooms is not a mavs fan, he's always dissing the mavs on mavtalk and no one likes him much...he can't even predict a game until it's halftime and only when the mavs are down...please don't view him as a MAVS fan, we certainly don't

After years of choking in the playoffs the Mavs fans want to be part of championship organization like the Spurs. Their team is, after all, the worst in Texas.
San Antonio = 3 championships
Houston = 2 championships

i was talking about tony parker when i got on this thread and usually when i get on these spurs gametime threads the first thing that pops out of my mouth isn't the mavericks...i like to watch nba ball in general and not just obsess over the mavs

and it's also history, that's a good thing to have i guess but i'd rather live in the present and enjoy the games i go to. look, i'm not saying the mavs pwn everyone or that they will always pwn the spurs from here on out but saying you have three rings everytime you lose a game is weak because it doesn't help the present spurs team...i don't bash the spurs unless it's a spurs/mavs gameday, i just like to analyze all the good teams which is why i post on here, and if i'm critical about certain spurs' plays or ballers, it's not in a hateful way

Scott Skiles greatly respects how the Spurs have played defense in the past and has tried to pattern his team after that. Once again, the Spurs got outdefended by a team that learned from them, and even without Ben Wallace.

LMFAO, got it out of your system already or do you wanna post a story about the three rings? If you'll notice, I post threads in the NBA forum about other games because I watch pretty much all the games played on any given day with the help of TIVO. So no, I'm not obsessed with the Spurs, I give all teams some attention. You're right, the Mav board that I post on is not as busy as this board, the fans are alright but they don't post so much.
