Coby Karls playing well!
Really? Wow, that sucks.
Hey does anybody know why Blair isn't playing tonight?
Gist at least looks more active and aggressive...but I'm not sure he looks better. He got stuffed early, has put up some pretty bad shots, and dribbled aimlessly with the ball at times.
His rebounding and activity are pluses, but I'm not sure the guy knows what to do with the ball in his hands on O right now.
Blair not playing and "what is the access code?" have dominated the first half of this chat.
Hoopsworld broke the Mcdyess signing, and they broke this, credit where it is due man.
I'm sure you don't see the ironicalness of this post.
I really like this year's version of Mahinmi than last year. He's rusty this year and he's even more of an awkward athlete but he's trying hard. Last year he was bored and not really giving summer league a good effort.
As a fifth option in the more physical NBA game, Mahinmi has a chance to surprise.
That first half was pretty weak, Hill looks good, but Karl was eating our lunch, he actually got an alley oop, yikes, wearing his fathers old number. The announcers really really blow. They only said who was shooting free throws and that Lawson was on the floor. Basically can be a beautiful game, but the spurs are making it look bad. Constant full court press, and the spurs are not dealing with it very well.
It's Coby Karl's time now.

I think he knows whats at stake...
I know it doesn't pertain to this thread. But thought I'd post it anyways about the Lakers and Odom. It's just a twitter, so take it for what it's worth. Lakaluva posted it on the nba forum.

Feels like Ian played a lot, and I missed the 1st quarter...
Ian has never looked so confident about his positioning on the court on every play we make
They didn't break the Mcdyess signing, they just reported it as a fact before it was. They cited Mark Stein as a source. If I issued a story right now that Ian had a double double tonight it doesn't make me a good journalist, it just makes me lucky if I happen to be right.
The thing I like best about Ian's line is the number of fouls. Usually he would have four or five fouls after a half of aggro play.
wtf? where could he go?
He's built for the way the game is headed and the Spurs are headed, for that matter. It shouldn't be that difficult to beat out Haislip to be the 4th big.
Hoopsworld has a LONG way to go before they should ever be trusted. We still don't know exactly why he sat out. Maybe it was a Spurs decision, maybe it was his agent, who knows. 2 hours ago he clearly thought he was playing
I very much see the ironicality of this post.
Can't argue with making him our fifth option at all at this point. He absolutely has DROB type body. But players like Blair would eat him alive. Good thing we got both of them![]()
