a bit late?
a bit late?
Pretty impressed with the guys except for RJ.
This is the most lively I've seen them on the road this year.
booomshakalaka!
Duncan's energy was been great, despite the iffy stats. Parker has been damn good. Blair was close to flawless. And I love how Pop used Neal in the second quarter when the team looked tired and started to struggle to create.
No matter what happens, that was a great half of basketball for the Spurs. Very entertaining.
P.S.
Joseph deserves a mention. TJ Ford was good but CJ looks like he could be a better fit because he doesn't dominate the ball as much. He's obviously still in his infancy but he looks like a uva fit with that second unit.
So now we have at least two reliable options for taking the insane buzzer beaters...Neal and Green. Not to mention Manu when he gets healthy.
Greg Anthony has become a better analyst since he left ESPN
I love how Kawhi is playing D. Keeping him away from the rim, force to pass and taking jumpers. All with 1 foul, 10 pts, 4 boards. I dont miss Hill at all.
How miserable must it be to be a Heat fan? That play where Corey Joseph got an offensive rebound was all I ever need to see of that team to know that I would HATE to root for them. The Spurs may not go as far as the heat this year but they'll definitely win more hearts.
Hopefully Neal fixed his 3 in the locker room, i like him driving it cause they weren't falling though
Tony's quickness really ignited everything, IMO. Everyone played well, but Parker was just tearing them up. That was the Parker we remember.
If you had to pick out one bright spot for RJ it would be his 5 assists....
Tim, Tony, Blair, Neal, and Leonard all playing great ball.
Not flashy but speaks that he's sticking tot he system...
BTW no reference to Buzzer Green by the NBATV crew? WTF?
Definitely. RJ is finding ways to get involved. In previous years he would've been in the corner curled up in the fetal position.
You forgot Richard Jefferson.......![]()
Tbh, Bonner was pretty damn good after sucking huge eggs on his first handful of defensive possessions.
RJ at least has some assists even tho he cant shoot tonight
Tim...grab the ing ball.
Did someone grease the doorknob on the Spurs locker room door?
Bosh really keeping MIA within striking distance. Need to pay a little more attention to him.
