I think what happened more with Alias was that it was never really more than a cult hit. ABC never really put all that much into the show, and kept changing its timeslot, and forcing the producers to change the tone of the show. After the 2nd or 3rd season the ABC bigwigs forced them to change Alias from the long drownout story that they were telling to a more serialized show with no more of the big long storylines.Well, my point still remains. The show seems to leave a lot of cliffhangers and unanswered questions which never seemed to be answered. Which I guess is the appeal of the show...

Supposedly Libby signed a contract with a new show - which explains her being killed off.

Yeah I caught that, it is pretty cool that they are doing stuff like that. I am getting sick of them giving us something good with a character (ie. Boone, Shannon, Ana Lucia) and then killing them off. F'n A, if you don't know what you are doing from one day to another, don't use death as your buffer, be more creative and have a plan.
BTW, that really suprised the out of me, I thought that Ana Lucia had let Henry Gale go all ready, boy was I wrong.

Just a reaction. I have not been shot (hit) but I have shot someone and been shot at 3 times. my pants the 1st time. Just was realistic scene. It was a betrayal on a shakespearian scale.

Actually, I was thinking that Ana-Lucia was framing Michael to begin with. She didn't want to kill the Other (can't remember the prisoners name) because everyone would turn on her. I thought she was using Michael's vunerability and the fact that he was supposedly pissed off at the Others to get him to do it instead.
Did that make sense?

She made a tactical error. They all did by not getting Sayid to debrief Michael.
I saw the commercial for Hanso and called the number. It's actually a working numbers. Gives you all sorts of options, and supposedly a password to the Hanso site. I didn't get that far, though.
No, I didn't mean she wanted to kill Michael. I think she wanted to kill that prisoner (the one they're keeping in the safe thing), but if she did it, everyone would turn against her. So, I thought she was trying to get Michael to kill him for her.
I wonder if they're gonna get rescued next episode!

She could not do it because of shooting the Sayid's girlfriend and betraying her officers oath of service, breaking law shooting perp.
She didn't see michael on the radar as a bad guy. That's the tactical error. Trust NO one.. remember how she was throwing people in cages and ? She lost her focus and got owned.
Now I hate Michael and want to see him shark bait. I had a crush on Ana's character OK! That's really why...

I'm thinking Michael has to be brainwashed or making a deal with the Others. And the way he described their camp, I think that there has to be a seperation among the Others...he decribed mostly women and only 2 guns, that doesn't seem right to me.
There are multiple "others"... the watchers that sent Michael back to get Henry for Walt and the others that are on the beach without shoes.
It's just stupid ass Jack thinks he's all smart but never stoped to considered Others are not one group of people.
