I have to work through lunch today, I don't think I'll have time to go by the PAR office to pick up the permit...sorry.
That's okay, I'll call and see if it's available, maybe I can go by there on my lunch.
The field is available from 8:30-10. I have it reserved and must pick up the permit by 6pm today. If anyone is free to pick it up, let me know. I'm not sure I can make it out there during my lunch and I work until at least 6.

I play at Ancira twice a week, and the fields are pretty dang nice. Perfectly chalked/groomed, they're lighted with covered pavilions and TVs and such.
A heads up, though, it's $1.50 to get in - playing or watching, it doesn't matter. And, I don't know what day you guys are playing, but parking gets pretty bad on weeknights at about 8, because every volleyball court is packed.
The games are on Sunday nights.
Thanks for the Ancira field info but when I was asking about the field being ghetto, I was talking about another field that we are practicing on tomorrow night.
Sorry, I wasn't able to make it to pick up the permit today. If everyone is up for practicing tomorrow night from 8:30-10, I'll pick up the permit in the morning. Please let me know!
I don't have a problem with the time, but I'm just wondering about people with kids or people whowork the next morning. Otherwise the time is fine with me!

Yeah, I know a couple people who have to get up way earlier than I do and I get up early.

We went to Baseball City tonight to break in the bats, so i'm more than likely a no. Chris might want to go again though.
