It must earn ratings, since our beloved Suns do it so much, and we are the annual winners of the Ratings Championship.

I love having balls on my face.
Laimbeer, Stockton, Rodman, Vlade, Derek Fisher, etc
Nash and Raja have done a good job promoting flopping on the defensive end though.
You, sir, are a horrid, depraved individual for mentioning that vile, repugnant piece of depravity.

Mono, I think you need to get rid of your Patriots avatar and sig. pic. You can't openly cheer for a team that is most like the Spurs of the NFL. Once we find out the Spurs have been stealing plays, the Mavs and Suns fans will have a field day. In fact, Mark Cuban might pop a blood vessel in his brain.
you thumb- . Find where I EVER placed ratings over anything. Just STFU if you can't find something relevant to criticize me for.
Nash & Raja? What-the- -ever. I guess if, to you, charges taken = flops. But you should give the credit where it's really due: European players with their exaggerated soccer flops (i.e. Manu).
Manu gets a free pass because he runs into trains on the other end every single game.
Isn't manu from argentina?
Yep, that's why you shouldn't expect anything intelligent to come out of DannyB's mouth.
I don't think Keats would approve of this.
I thought he played in Europe before the NBA, but I could be wrong... he may have just played in South America.
Either way, I guess we should classify it as players from any country where soccer is the most popular sport are huge pussies.
Funny that you would say that, isnt Nash a huge soccer fan who spends his summers playing the game?
That might be a dangerous line of thought you're taking there... isn't Nash a soccer fan?
Just saying.
EDIT: Dammit, beat out again! Curse you Maxima!![]()
Did you know the Spurs have analyzed every single play other teams run? They used to review them on game day, but everybody has them memorized now, so they just go over flash cards during pre-game.
Nash's soccer moves came in handy when he clipped Felton with that dirty move. So let's total all of all Stevie Boy's traits:
-No defense
-Flops like a
-Hurts people.
-Whines after every playoff loss
All in all, he's ing dirty Canadian. I'd take Chris Paul or DWilliams over this s bag any day of the week.
You are quite the expert on NBA matters. You have Manu's bio positively nailed.
It takes a lot to admit that several members of your own favorite team are huge pussies. And since your coach played over there, I guess he gets thrown in too.
Both you've made a false correlation. Diaw, Barbosa, D'Antoni, even huge soccer fan Nash, aren't pussies because they are from Europe or other soccer-crazed nations, nor because they played in Europe. It's because they've donned the purple and orange of the Suns, and have taken on the milquetoast, whining Cali-wannabe, runt-of-the-litter persona of the city in which they play.
The Spurs somehow have managed not to adopt the persona of the city in which they play -- at least I think not.
Do any of the Spurs have Type 2 diabetes?
Not since Beno got traded.
Don't get Scottsdale confused with the rest of the city. We try to keep those mother ers sequestered.
And Nash, or Raja, or Manu, or whomever who flops doesn't do it because they're a pussy. They do it because it helps there team and they don't give a what impression it sends out to the fans and the media.
Yes, but the most popular sport in his country is hockey, not soccer. (Remember, I said players who are from countries where the most popular sport is soccer, not where soccer is their favorite sport.) I guess by my original assessment, Nash was trained not to be a pussy by watching hockey players (a sport he also enjoys).
And Extra Stout, D'Antoni is from America, Barbosa has been a pussy in the playoffs and Diaw eats in the offseason like he has a pussy.
Hmmm... they're arrogant and whine a lot, so it looks like they have. However, most of them are in this country legally, so...
