If you didn't watch the games it's hard to notice that Bonner has been horrible on defense in both games, and that won't sit well with Pop. He has to improve or he'll see minutes start to drop.
woohooo.... Manu is on f-i-r-e... forget the six-man award...hes goin for MVP
Bonner looks good 11 and 5 in 19 minutes.. 2 solid games in a row
Elson looks good too, strong on the glass
TP and TD doing there usual thing
I wanna see Udoka
Also, how did DWash play?... did he run the offense well?

After this week.
I was thinking the same and would be extremely happy with just a win in this situation. Even though they were sluggish in parts they really stepped up big and closed out a Grizzlies team that wanted to win badly. That was as great as a 2nd win of the season can be given the cir stances.
This Spurs team is obviously different![]()
-Manu played great!
-Good Spurs win against the Grizz @ their place
-Spurs need to get back to playing that lock-down D
-No Ime again? I was kind of thinking he may get PT tonight since it was a back to back.

This may be Manu's best nba season!![]()
Nice win! Love Manu being so hot this early in the season.
Side note: Memphis is definitely an up-and-coming team. Gasol and Darko did a decent job countering Duncan, Lowry is a speedy little mutha, and there's lots of nice parts all over the floor: Mighty Mouse, Miller, Rudy Gay, etc. They hustle and play with heart. Props to them for taking us to the limit, or nearly.
Where's Udoka??
Maaaaaaaaaaan-uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!
