Since Pop's sliding Duncan to the 5 and playing Finley at the 4, Fin's not in there for Bowen and Udoka, he's in there for Thomas, Oberto, Bonner and Horry.

OV - If Finley is the smallball 4, I'd rather see Bonner out there.
Spurs get a 20 point lead, and smallball allows 32 points in the second quarter to make it close.

There's a lot of great posters here that are fans of other teams.
Lots of great basketball conversations that happen in the NBA Forum as well as the Spurs Forum. And of course there's the Pistons fans that got their own home here after the '05 Finals.
If you ignore the trolls that only want to be obnoxious and stir things up you'll find the rest are great to talk to.
I think if the board was only Spurs fans it would get boring.

Exactly my point. Since Fin at the 4 turned a 63 win team into a .500 playoff team one would think Pop learned his lesson.

I'll never, ever understand his obsession with Finley at powerforward-ever. He's never been good at it. Udoka at least boxes out. Finley? Nope. He can hit clutch shots and he can light it up, but when he's not, he can't do much else. See: Last, what, 20 games?Indeed.

Excellent point. I love trolls, so far as they are insightful, interesting, respectful, and/or funny. But I guess that goes for Spurs fans too.
