Every year there are must have guys Texas didn't get, we somehow find a way to survive. Demas looks to be one of those guys. If we lose him to ags so be it. Texas did okay without Adrian Peterson, i think they can survive without Demas.
Besides, everyone knew the Ags would be 2-2 at this point, lets see what the opinion is when they are still losing to LSU, Auburn, KY, Miss St, and USCe. 7-5 and 6-6 are looking about right for them. Next year won't be much better either. They are a minimum of a 3 year work in progress, the real question is can Jimbo actually get them over the hump? Getting near the top of the mountain, is not the same as getting over the top.

Per 24/7, DT Rodas Johnson of Columbus, OH should be officially visiting UT on October 13th for the Baylor game.
He's currently focused on Penn State, Texas and Wisconsin, but UT should be the last official visit he takes before making a decision.

Also from 24/7, it's "looking more and more likely" that 2020 five star CB Kelee Ringo of Scottsdale, AZ will be in Austin on October 13th.
He was scheduled to camp with UT in late July, but he didn't end up making it.
