Nice to see Tony hit those two jumpers, but the spurs look rusty out there. Gotta stop fouling... we had good defense for most of the first quarter minutes that last bit when Timmy was out. Hill and Parker should be killing the mavs backcourt off the dribble though, and we've seen none of that so far.

That is the thing that worries me about the Spurs. They can start out well, and then just get so bad. They go on long droughts and cough up leads.

Lets hope they have a much sharper 2nd quarter and keep it close.
