Why can't we say its injuries? Parker hasn't been the same since March 2nd. Ginobili hasn't even played.
If anyteam out there loses 2 of the 4 most valuable players, surely the same result would occur. Why are the Spurs exempt?

Yeah but Lebron and Bosh are both out tonight and they're still doing what an elite team should be doing to a scrub team at home...blowing them the out. THAT is why the Spurs are exempt...for tonight's performance. They were coasting but after over a month of bag performances, you'd think they'd want to get into some kind of rhythm before the real season starts. Oh well. On to Round 1.

Sorry I meant any of those guys. I mean maybe one of the PGs for a very short spell but I'm hoping we go with a 7 man rotation in postseason.
PG Parker 40 min
SG Green 35 min
SF Kawhi 35 min
PF Duncan 35 min
C Splittler 30 min
Ginobili 30 min
Neal 25 min
random player 10 min
Neal for 25 minutes? No, ah NAW... The Hero will jack up 30 shots in that span and shoot us out of the game with his fricking bricks!!!
Hahaha, this is Pop we're talking about, They're all playing 25 minutes or so with Kawhi getting the most minutes.
Would disagree on two counts. One, it's Miami. They're head and shoulders above.
Second, Orlando is in tank central - fighting with Charlotte for worst record. They are 6-37 since January 16. Minnesota has a far superior roster. They are on the same level as Orlando.
thank god for the playoffs tbh.
If Green plays as bad as he has lately, I don't want him playing at all tbqh.
Right but how many wins did we have early on this year without key guys? They've done it too. And we've beaten good teams without key guys, not just scrub teams. Having rhythm would be nice, but now at least we know they have another level or that infamous "switch" people talk about come playoff time. Last year, we probably couldn't say the same thing, as amazing as they looked.
7 road losses in a row, plus this disgraceful loss. Disgusting. I understand a lot of players are getting back in the groove from injuries like Manu and Kawhi, but Duncan is the only guy out there right now that really seems to want to win...
1st round is where Tony needs to get back in rhythm and for the team to pick back up the rotation. We look sloppy now, but with a little team building with everyone back, Spurs can sculpt the offense back to its prime.
We got another band wagon Thunder fan here folks. Go back to the Thunder forum. Oh wait, you don't have one.![]()
Is it safe to say nowhere to go but up↑ ?
We definitely still need Green but we need Manu even more and for a rhythm player like Manu, I hope Pop starts Manu for the Big 3's last stand to get to the Finals. Why leave a kid to do a MANU's job?
just noticed. bright spot from tonight fwiw

Congrats to Lakers making playoffs. Now: Who gets to put my Spurs out of their misery -- blown out at home tonite by TWolves.
More like who gets to put the Lakers out of their misery, Spurs or Thunder?
It's probably fool's gold though, tbh
We got the OKC treatment 1st half with 20 free throws. We got the Orlando treatment (30th in FTA/FGA) in the 2nd half.
Tony received nearly a full free throw attempt per field goal attempt (FTA/FGA = 0.9). Harden leads the league with with an average FTA/FGA = .595. I seriously would not count on Tony getting to the line at this pace during the playoffs. He's not even top 100 in FTA/FGA this season. His usual FTA/FGA average value is so low (< .232) that I can't find readily find it on teamrankings.
Edit: My mistake, Harden leads the league for guards* in this category. Dwight leads the league overall at a whopping .891 FTA/FGA, for obvious reasons.
LOL he is right though, blown out by the DAMN WOLVES..... That is flat out pathetic and nothing surprises me at this point. They are horrible right now.
Can someone explain to me what the junk happened tonight? Is Parker done for? And why the did Gary Neal take more shots than anyone else on the team? If you ask me Neal should've gone instead of Jackson.
