IMO you'll see good production from week 13 on, as the line should be back whole. If you need fireworks to happen in weeks 10-11, don't get your hopes up as I believe they will gradually work him in as far as the number of snaps are concerned. Percy's hip had a flare up last week, nothing major but enough to keep him out of this weeks game. But, Garcon has been for the most part, so it'll probably be 6 and 1 until week 13.

And the great thing about Percy is that he gets carries too, so that's added dimension Garcon doesn't have.
