    not really tbh, it's hard, clearly, but from what i have seen from cleveland the last few months, they are keeping the ball away from him most of the time, making him the true playmaker mostly with the second unit..

    He flails too much and refs start swallowing their whistles on that after awhile. I remember Kobe's "HEY" flail combo was money in the early 00's. Then the refs wised up in the later 00's and stopped calling it so much. I think they're doing the same to Parker now.
