Gasol has cost us at least 15 Curry threes since game 1

    it might be more actually
What are tou watching? He literally gives up every open three bc he cant switch and layup bc he cant help. He gave up like 8 in a row the last 2 minutes of the game. Its baffling, like mcdyess, with pops insistance on fundamentals this guy has none.

    Murray
    Manu
    Forbes
    Bertans
    Kyle

    Thanks

    You mean like Dedmon?
Deadman is gone. Pop made that decision a couple of months ago.

Do you think Dedmon can be a 10 pts plus guy a night and play solid D on top bigs?
I don't know about scoring, but he can defend better than Pau at this point, IMO

Pop has just completely given up and at this point is spurning the passionate players that don't have clout like Manu. There really might be something to his plantation master mentality.
Plantation? I never heard that one before.

Are the Spurs really going to let GS get away with deliberately injuring Leonard and advancing to the next round without a scratch?

Championship dynasties that would never allow that:
    Celtics
    Lakers
    Pistons

It's open season on Spurs players in the future if they don't retaliate.
    Respect must be earned.

Who out there do you trust to actually play some defense? Our two best defenders last year...one is retired...the other is sitting in the 2nd row.

I am honestly shocked at this Manu starting thing. I truly thought with Manu being fully healthy this year that he would come back. I am fully flipped around now thinking this was it. Damn.

Makes a lot of sense... he was probably our best player this series once Kawhi went down... Pop wanted some punch/energy early...

    Need more than that though...

All the match ups changed when KL went down. It just made it next to impossible to guard KD. Then shifted weaker defenders onto strong players. There was no magic here. Duncan and TP were not coming back to save the day. Lets be happy this team has a positive future and not a lottery team

Goat level perimeter defender and goat level rim protector both gone. Against a team like this? I'm really surprised people are surprised we're struggling defensively.our only hope was to hope they struggle shooting, and hopefully get hot from 3 and Mike D'Antoni these guys for a game.

I'm old school and would love to see them take out one of the warriors but that's not going to happen. That's just not the current NBA. I guarantee you that if the Spurs retaliated there would be a 20-30 game suspension for the player who took out Curry,Kevin or Klay. There is nobody out there whose going to risk that. I would punch out Kevin right now if I could but that's not how guys are wired today. This is a punk league.

Well I keep telling you guys about not re-signing Mills for any price. His defense sucks, which won't change due to his lack of size, and he's an undersized shooting guard that has a playoff average of about 4 ppg. I don't want him back at any price.

Patty said he was upset with his performance last season in the playoffs against OKC, well guess what Patty, you've the bed yet again.

He's not a playoff player. You don't pay anything other than the bare minimum for those type of players. Gary Neal who I was a huge fan of until his putrid defense in game 6 and 7 of the finals was a superior playoff player to Mills. You DO NOT pay players like Mills anymore than the minimum if you're a team looking to compete for Championships. You let him move on to a scrub team that will pay him. I hope someone is willing to pay him, cause I don't want him back, maybe not even for his current contract. A fat lazy Diaw would have been better at PG than this. I would have rather have run Diaw at point forward over Mills at PG if Diaw was still on the team.
