    I'm with ya!

I mean why spend all those hours practicing and lifting weights, and eating well

It's all due to the glory of God, not your own effort, and determination......

    but to each their own.
the point is mentioning it everytime is not necessary. It is annoying and noise pollution starts to spread very rapidly

Man...if the Heat can only average 80 points a game then this is going to be a short series. Looking at the box score Wade had a worse game than I originally thought. He looked pretty dominant on the court but would up with 28 points on 44% shooting, 60% on the line, and 5 turnovers.

90-80? Boy I'm glad the Spurs left so the country could get a really offensive series. The Heat are a joke. Nobody on the team can hit a free throw and 'Toine has no idea what he's doing. 1-9 from the line for Shaq? He's a disgrace.

We were about 25 seconds away from being the best team in the NBA again. This blows.
I was thinking the same thing LOL. It was a defensive battle for the most part. I was looking at the score and thinking this is Spurs/Piston territory.

Man the Heat really wasted an opportunity to steal a game there. Dirk and Howard won't play that poorly again in the series most likely. Too many TOs and way too many missed FTs. Shaq was 1-9
Actually, only two players on the Heat team made FTs, Wade and Shaq, the superstars.

free throws killed hit 5-20 ouch

dirk and howard played like it was their first finals
    terry plays well at home
Yes Dirk wasn't quite on tonight but considering this was his first Finals and how many for Shaq?...well anyway, Dirk 16 pts, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and Shaq 17 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists.

He doesn't need to thank anybody. I'm not saying he should be arragant and start to thank himself. Stick with the cliché. "We played well as a team......." I have no problem thanking God (I am catholic) but you don't need to thank God everytime you are in an interview. Noise pullution. It goes up.

That's because they were the only ones to attempt FTs

Dirk and Josh will bounce back...Wade and Shaq pretty much played like they were supposed to(though Dallas did do a good job on Shaq from getting the boards). Watching this game, I'm pretty convinced Dallas is the better team(so are the Spurs- I think San Antonio and Dallas are the two best teams this yr which is really unfortunate that we met up in the 2nd round) and if they can't win when Dirk and Josh play horribly..I don't see how the Heat are going to win more than 2 games the rest of the series. We actually won with defense tonight. Couldn't have ever imagined that before this year.

you should be rolling your eyes at this comment, four players in double digits, jho and dirk with over 10+ rebounds apiece, we're looking good...the problem is the media hyped the two superstars on the heat team and forgot to anlayze the team as a whole...the two *stars* got their points (although shaq's ft's, ugh) but the rest of the team disappeared after the first quarter

You are ing laughable. Dirk - a team player?

Dallas offense 101: Get someone the ball and everyone else get the out of the way. Dallas is ing last in the playoffs in assists.

The point is he had to be a team player to get them there, so he has a history of being a team player.
