Absolutely not. Offically means officially. Not DNA definitively -- that's not possible. But in any legal or investigative sense, they were identified. If your entire worldview is based upon not having DNA samples of the hijackers, there's really no use in going any further.

But on an episode of CSI: NY, the CSI team always is able to recover DNA. Why wouldn't the government allow Gary Sinise, the chick from Providence, and the guy who played on the 1980 US hockey team, to go in and recover the DNA? These are legitimate questions.

the planes into the WTC and bailed out just before it hit and was
picked up by Cheney and they went hunting at the King ranch.
And that is reason that they couldn't locate Bush for sometime.. That a second (look alike) was
reading to school children and the reason confusion existed as
to what the second (look alike) was suppose to do. Now that sounds really
plausible to me, doesn't it to you?
