Bates loves speed off the edge. Moss fits in perfectly. Jason Taylor type player in the best case. One dimensional speed rusher is what i expect though. Bobby Carpenter type bust in the worst case.

I'm with you scott. I guess they saw someone else moving up for Moss. The Broncos also don't have much cap room, so that extra third round pick may have been hard to get under the cap. Shanny's put all his chips in this season. Moss is his man to take the D to the next level.

I would have like Nelson. Lynch isn't getting any younger, and the DE's in the 2nd and 3rd would have been good quality.

i don't think he really got enough pt to judge anything. started to play a lot better when he did get it it seemed. the nfl draft is painfully long, why do teams need 15 mins between picks? i just watched alpha dog rather than wait.
