yes please.
6-2 290 seems a little small. I guess he's quick.
290 for a kid who's probably 16 or just turned 17 isn't too bad. At 6'2" he's an interior linemanand possible center I would think.
It's not bad, it's just not what I would expect for a four star recruit at Alabama

First day back to workouts. First time ever throwing up. That workout was tough as
@JHicks_3
First time jogging since September 21st, and it's got me already excited for the season!
Gosh, what recruit doesn't want that
If that scares a recruit, he's not going to have much of a future in big-time football.
That's a nice theory, holes and all.
Most kids these days are very soft. This plays a factor more than people think.
I ran track every year in high school and every year at the beginning all of us threw up, it got so as we expected it. That happened coming off of both football and wrestling.
All this tells me is this is one soft program
meh. The program is soft for reasons other than failing to make kids vomit.
Maybe, but a big issue under Mack was that kids weren't improving from freshmen to senior and in many instances regressed.
Part of the improvement process is getting stronger and faster, when I hear about kids throwing up it means they haven't been working out at this level of intencity. That is common going from football to track but not from football to off season football
Per 24/7, the Foreman twins have cancelled their official to Missouri and their in-home with Gary Pinkel.

Threaten the UT football players to a workout with the cross country team, people who like to run and consider a good vomit pleasurable. It might also help with the mental aspect of prolonged pain while engaged in compe ion.
Run back to the huddle men. Get your ass off and on the field. Hurry up offense, no problem... Athletes. This is no longer a 5 second game with a walk back while plans are made.
Would it not be great to see a UT football team wear down a superior opponent through sheer force of will, superior fundamentals, and better conditioning? When was the last time we beat a team due to these three factors?
Great article by Max Olson on the the Otaro Alaka flip.

My favorite part:
After pleasantries were exchanged, Eaton (the Cypress Falls HC) said Strong began with a question: Was Eaton an offensive or defensive coach? Defense, he said. Strong liked that answer.
So the new Longhorns coach extended an offer: Tell me what you need help with. What gave his Eagles trouble this season? The answer: Eaton hated defending the Diamond formation.
So Strong grabbed a marker and went to the whiteboard, delivering an impromptu seminar of X's and O's. Eaton had never seen that before. He'd later say it was one of the coolest visits he'd ever hosted.
yeah, that was a good read-an interesting behind the scenes of the recruiting world (minus the parties and females of course)
OrangeBloods saying DE Kolin Hill of Schertz Clemens will meet with UT coaches today and then host Brian Kelly of Notre Dame this evening.
Another new name to keep in mind is 2015 QB Bryce Perkins of Chandler, AZ.
OrangeBloods mentioned the staff stopping at his school recently.
