refs are just giving laker fans ammunition with their calls. its been a solid called game. get it together refs
You're joking right? Those calls Artest got are a joke and at least 1 on Hill and another on TD with a clean block on Fisher.

Kobe got an And 1 with even less contact than RJ. RJ got hammered on a drive to the hoop harder than Kobe and no And 1 for RJ.

You're not going to bring that weak stuff here.

I want a good clean game. I don't want the refs deciding anything ever.

bad start, but they corrected it late 1st.

-Lakers are the best 3rd Quarter team I believe, the Spurs have to come out extremely aggressive.

Spurs need to run 8-second drills for like the next three practices. Their crunch-time execution has been terrible. Hard to win big games that way.

That being said, definitely a nice half. But the Lakers aren't afraid to come back from a dozen. Still a big 24 minutes to go.

Spurs need to bring that intensity in the 2nd half. Lakers are very resilient while Spurs like choking leads. Not a good mix for us.
    +1

    Hopefully we'll turn it up.

I think she's expecting a lopsided called game by the refs, as usual

lol .. perfect for spurs .. let kobe get his, and il take this timmay vs bynum one on one matchup everyday for the next 2 years atleast. All this without even taking advantage of parker on fisher like we normally do. Perfect. If things start to go sour with duncan, open teh floodgates by isolating parker on fisher (assuming he gets his legs back).

one positive thing is: TP is off so far but at least he didn't force the thing and try to be a facilitator.

-The Spurs bench has been the difference so far. Ginobili, Hill and McDyess have been the difference (along with TD, obviously).

-We've seen surprisingly little of Bogans on Kobe. It's been mostly Hill and Manu. All three have done a pretty good job.

    -Bynum has damn good footwork.

-Watch out for the fourth quarter. PJ hasn't starting doubling TD yet. That will change in the fourth. In the past, that has led to massive cold spells for the Spurs. Hitting wide open shots would change that.

Not just 20 minutes. 20 pounding minutes having to score and guard Bynum. I don't like that. TP needs to step up in the 2nd half.

    Parker 2 points 1-5.

Manu 4 points, but playing good D and passing the ball.

No kidding when people said they both got to step up.

TP please try and do other stuff if you can't score. You can still contribute, please step up.

Indeed. He seems to recognize he is limited right now and is using the threat of his offense to set up his teammates. He has had a few good defensive sequences too.

12-point lead is VERY good at the half..you can't ask for more..

Will we see a team that continues to be aggressive or the same old Spurs that will have a meltdown?..
    hope not

parker needs to drive more but the lakers just possess too much size and occupy too much room for tp. he's going to have to find a way to adjust.

Sons, they do this every single game, why is this such a surprise in game to the team when they know it is coming?

Good 24 minutes... If we repeat them, we can win this...
Unfortunately, the 4th quarter against Dallas keep on popping in my head...

I was thinking about that too, maybe he keeps him for the 4th so Kobe doesn't "get used" to his D...?
