Oooooh, its from when the ball is last touched, not where or when it is received (which is what I thought).

Now that play makes sense.

Roughly it's about the position of the recipient of a pass, AT THE TIME the ball leaves the passer.

We almost got screwed again. I love how FIFA always draws the line to demonstrate that it's offsides except when they know it isn't. Another blown call. Fifa should be on the ground licking Landon Donovan's balls for bailing them out.

Offsides are physically imposible to call (scientifically proved) I don't know why FIFA doesn't use the help of technology in this cases.
