In the other news Dallas has 15 pts lead against OKC.

OKC is not good as advertised IMO.

They edged us in rebounds, we had a ton more assists and they turned the ball over a ton more. We would have won this game if they didn't have the most bull shooting % I've seen in a long time.

Rubio might be good, but he's still a rook... Tony should be running circles around him
He's looked a lot better than Tony did after 5 NBA games. He's running the team with poise and controlling the tempo on offense.

lol shooting team getting ripped a new asshole by another shooting team..

This season won't end well, at all.. I've been optimistic about the Spurs over the last couple of years, but this season worries me more than any other has...

Tony was 18 when he entered the league, Rubio has been playing pro ball for a while.

I get the feeling that the things that have been said about Rubio in this thread were said a lot by opposing fans last year in regards to Gary Neal.

At least OKC is down by 13. We don't want them to stay undefeated.

Pathetic game overall. Without Manu, we weren't nearly as good. Still, Blair and Green looked sloppy and so many shots just didn't fall. T-Wolves were hitting everything and it was a poor effort by Spurs. Gotta beat Warriors on Wednesday.

Can someone please tell me what kind of Post moves Tim used to have? I thought he had a pretty big arsenal?

I never got to watch any of the games in his prime. I only got access to games in 2004 (10-15 a season) and consistently in 2008 (full season from there). What kind of post moves did Tim used to use back in the day? I really thought he had a pretty good repertoire. Are the knees limiting him that much?

Miami lost tonight against atlanta so I agree... but I just feel that Westbrook didn't learn anything from last season..

BTW Ian is again playing solid 8 pts 6 rebounds in 11 mn so far

He was no Hakeem, but his footwork, strength and speed gave him many options on the low block ... with his hurting knees and the need to trim down weight thats just not there anymore

Rubio has 6 pts and 3 assist.

He can play good some games but he's nothing so great.Of course I watched him since he was 15 because I'm from Spain. I'm not talking about 4 games in the NBA.

Tony must destroy him every night but there is a problem with Tony. I don't know why but....No rest in the summer....he was playing during the lockout...He's not Tony and that's our biggest problem.

I could expect the worst TD but I couldn't expect Tony doing the same

Just look him up on youtube, you'll see that he used to get around, over, and through people with ease.

The timeberwolves are the suns of 2005.. extremely annoying to play in the regular season. They run, they gun and theyre young with TONs of athletes.

After watching a few of their games this season, I foresee them running some teams out of the gym, especially when Rubio establishes himself more into their rotation.
