Not going to credit out bench?
Not really. Denver hit a huge number of jumpers, especially threes, and they turned it over. Regression to the mean. There's a reason they haven't won yet. You can crown Patty Mills MVP if you'd like, but the Spurs stopped playing stupid just long enough to let Denver beat themselves.

It was more of a collective effort from the bench that helped us gain the lead. We had Diaw 2.0 driving it in and hitting three point shots, Splitter getting and making layups, and Patty hitting three pointers. There isn't anything positive that I could say about the starters tonight, tbh. Sure, Parker scored a lot of points, but for most of the game we were down when he was on the floor.

Again, I assume there's something in the plus minus that's making you say this. Parker, Duncan, Splitter, Leonard and Diaw won the game. Only one of those guys isn't a starter.

Denver isn't a playoff team this season tbh, even if Gallo comes back strong. Shaw is a bad fit with that roster considering it's completely different from the teams he's coached for in recent years. Hopefully they blow it up near the deadline because they have some guys that could help the Spurs via trade.

Manu with 6 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals.. but his shooting tonight brought his fg% down a LOT
I don't meen to get on you but is that all you look at during the Spurs game is what he did? Manu fan or Spurs fan?

thats is pretty awesome. The Bundesliga has been the most underrated league in Europe for quite some time and has only recently been getting its due. I happen to keep with Hoffenheim and Munster as a matter of fact largely though because of their American players. Are the Munster fans disappointed with Matty Taylor's production this season? Also, I don't if you happen to know, but how do the fans rate Joe Gyau, Fabian Hurzeler and Jeremy Toljan highly? I think I read Jeremy has been close to breaking into the first team there.
I know a few Muenster fans who aren't too happy with their team at all. They're near the bottom of the table while they were finished fourth last season. Even with the coaching change, they still haven't played very well. I'm sure they'll bring in more talent next season though.

    Good win Spurs

Proud the nuggets fought for most the game, but truth be told they just aren't a good team this season. I'm hoping they tank if things are ugly by Christmas time.

Unload everyone except for Ty/Faried/Fournier/Moz and Gallo.

A good mate of mine is a huge Spurs fan and is heading to SA in December coz he wants to see the big 3 before any if them retire. He is going to see 7 games in about a space of 2 weeks. Anyone know the best people to contact in the Spurs organization about trying to see if he can meet any of the players?

    Thanks, much appreciated

All the best for the rest of the season.

Diaw playing for a final big money contract, tbh
Diaw needs to lose a little more weight. If he can do that, then I think he could be an even more dangerous player. Can players slim down much more in the regular season, or is there not enough time to do that with the way the NBA schedule is?

I hope this cold shooting 30% in first half then 50%+ shooting 4th qtr doesn't become habit Spurs' current mental derangement.

    I'll take 9/19 47% for team 3G %age any day.

Watching the game right now, wonder what kind of drug Boris is taking, looks like he's possessed by the spirit of JR Smith or something...

Level of play is pretty meh so far (1st half) tbh...
