Timmy has been unfortunately awful, he obviously needs a rest. I would go with Diaw/Splitter.
I would rather just put Tony on Rose, allow Green to float around "defending" Snell.
Offensively, I don't really know, the whole time minus Kawhi has been awful. Wouldn't mind seeing some CoJo tbh, his energy could spark on both ends.

Splitter has been worse
The bulls are controlling the pace of the game. They have made this into a very slow paced type of game which will make it hard for the spurs to comeback.
