I know Denver has not been a good defensive team. And I know most nights, teams try to stop Steph and Klay and make other guys beat them. But I don’t get the defensive strategy of if it’s not Steph, Klay, and I guess Poole now too, don’t even go out and put a hand up to contest. Gary Payton’s two corner threes, his defender wasn’t even a primary help defender. He was just shading in the paint. Payton got the ball, and they didn’t even pretend to go out to close and contest. Just have a wide open corner three. What kind of defensive strategy is that? It’s not like they were doubling and trapping. They just left him wide open. Like wtf is that?
Some of those Nuggets players aren’t good defenders. And Gordon who is supposed to be an above average defender just plays stupid on defense sometimes. But the coaching does them no favors.

I'll remember Chris Paul as floor general. Ultimately what you seek in a PG. His use of pace is so important in roundball and never more forgotten than today.
Paul vs Isiah would be interesting. I would ultimately take Paul over Kidd because Jason's jump shot was limited for much of his career. Curry I do not consider a PG.
He kills the pace too often and has a dribble dribbble dribble too much.
Phoenix should be a run and gun transition team.
