Funny how the Texans fans here talk about losing to a great team when their team got stomped by an average team.

I have no shame losing to the best team in the NFL. We did shoot ourselves in the foot all throught the game and the refs made some really bad calls that just killed our momentum. But even if all of that hadn't of happend, NE probably would of still won. They are just a machine right now. But the NFC is still ours

Its funny how you non-patriot fans and texan fans and whatever fans come in and talk about the Cowboys when you know we'd hand your ass to you, the way NE handed us ours.

As long as Tom Brady is playing like Joe Montana and Dan Marino fused into one body, nobody will touch the Patriots. Nice try, Dallas, but this New England team is unlike anything seen in the NFL in at least a couple of decades.

Okay I was at the game, I have no voice today from screaming for 3 hours, and here's my thoughts.

    1. With credit to SpursDynasty, the Patriots just beat a team they're supposed to beat. No suprises here.

    2. In typical Dallas fashion, everyone decided that a Sunday spent at Bed, Bath, & Beyond was more important that being at Texas Stadium. It was around 40% Patriots fans. I almost felt like I was at Gillette Stadium. One native New Englander there commented "This is the hottest Boston has been in a long time".....actually he said "This is tha haahtest Baahston has been in a long time".

    3. Cowboys will have the pleasure of getting the kicked out of them again in the Super Bowl. Nobody in the NFC comes close to the Cowboys. And there's only 1 team in the AFC with a remote shot at beating New England. JT is talking a big game on the board, but he, like every Indy fan with a brain, is ting his pants over what is coming to them in week 9.

    4. As far as the final TD goes, say whatever the you want, because the Patriots don't give one goddamn mother ing what you have to say.

This team has had their les questioned, been called cheaters, and had everybody try to tell them they were never that great. OF COURSE THEY'RE GOING TO LASH OUT AT THE LEAGUE FOR IT. YOU WOULD DO THE SAME ING THING. This is the Patriots fully extending two middle fingers to the rest of the league for trying to throw them under the bus over something that EVERY OTHER TEAM DOES.

Wade Philips got caught calling the les tainted and tried to deny his way out of it. Terrell Owens had the nerve to call Adalius Thomas on Sunday morning and tell him how bad the Pats were gonna get their asses kicked.

It's a simple idea - treat others how you want to be treated. You want to see classless? YOU STARTED IT COWBOYS. YOU DISRESPECTED THE PATRIOTS AND THEY RETURNED THE FAVOR. bottom line. The Cowboys brought that on themselves with all their talk (that they couldn't even remotely back up). So sit down, shut up, and DON'T WITH THE PATRIOTS and maybe next time they won't be so ruthless with your ty little team.

    5. Most Cowboys fans are awesome - there was a lot of fun banter back and forth between Pats and Boys fans. I've never had more fun at a sporting event. The Cowboys fans were really great. They were pissed after the game, but even then the majority of them realized they just got beat by a much better team.

The one bad experience with a Cowboys fan I had was more comical than anything. He kept yelling at us about the Patriots being "classless pieces of " and gave us the finger when we informed him that Wade Philips brought this upon himself. I said something like "see you in February" and he turned around and told me to "go home you in' Northerner!" which was hilarious since I've lived in Texas all my life.

I was in section 35 and SURROUNDED by Patriots fans.

Don't let some Cowboyfan try to spin things - it was close to a 50-50 split of Patriots and Cowboys fans. I was being generous to the Cowboys when I said 40%.

If it was that close, then the crowd noise would have been pretty much the same all game. But it wasn't.

dunno if you know this, but TV has this incredible technology to pump up crowd noise when it wants to and fade it down when it wants to as well. Actually being at the game and all, there was a lot of Patriots noise in there. A whole of a lot.

I was surprised at how loud it was when the Patriots scored. But why would anyone be surprised that there were a lot of patriots fans? The most popular teams are the Cowboys and whoever wins the most. In addition to all the regular Pats fans in the metroplex scooping up tickets as soon as the schedule came out, there are probably quite a few bandwagon fans that did the same. It's not an unknown phenomenon; the Cowboys sold out all the tickets by the second game of the preseason. I don't remember the last time that happened.

Bull . If the Cowboys had let the clock run down I guarantee the Pats would have knelt down and run out the clock. What they did was not classless, it was a response to the Cowboys not being smart enough to recognize that the game was over. Period. I hate Bill Belichick, and IMO the Pats are likely the dirtiest team in the league. Though they are constantly on the lookout for a chip they can put on their shoulder, they absolutely would have answered class with class.

    Why is this an argument?

There is no way possible to determine the exact number of who's fans were there. Just because Mono says it was 50-50, doesn't make it so just like if I say it was 90-10 doesn't make it so.

Its all opinion not fact. Besides, does it really matter?

i've seen one cowboys hat and zero jerseys today...at least i know who the diehards are...all one of him.
