-The Spurs bench has been the difference so far. Ginobili, Hill and McDyess have been the difference (along with TD, obviously).

-We've seen surprisingly little of Bogans on Kobe. It's been mostly Hill and Manu. All three have done a pretty good job.

    -Bynum has damn good footwork.

-Watch out for the fourth quarter. PJ hasn't starting doubling TD yet. That will change in the fourth. In the past, that has led to massive cold spells for the Spurs. Hitting wide open shots would change that.
    What about Roger?

Jefferson can get whatever he wants against Artest. The need to exploit that more.

Brah, we know you aren't serious. LA is playing the Spurs who cough of leads and you have Kobe.

5 at half I think its ok.
I think Tony should only shoot when he is wide open. If he wants a jumper take a wide open one, but he did miss some of those 5 when we had momentum. They weren't great shots, but at least he is not forcing it. If he can just play with intensity and do the other stuff, even if limited offensively he can help us.

Pop needs to resst Timy in the 3rd. Spurs big guys need to hold the fort defensively. Other guys need to pick up the scoring with TD sitting. I like the way the Spurs have limited their TOs. Shows they're focused.

I'm not expecting Parker to finish at the rim, since the Lakers have a lot of size and length, but I at least expect him to penetrate past Fisher and getting our guys some open looks..we really need him to produce in the 2nd half, Duncan can't or shouldn't keep doing this..

If we win tonight and Duncan continues on the same pace as the 1st half, I wonder if he'll play tomorrow..I would hope not..

I am not at all happy with RJ tonight. His defense on Artest was good, but Artest is terrible down low.

His decision making on offense and defense when he was in to start the small ball time have been terrible.

i really like what i have seen so far, but i would have liked the Spurs to close out better to end the half

they did the same thing in the Mavs game going into the fourth, and it bit them in the butt, hopefully that doesn't happen here

also dissapointed that we are not getting a healthy lakers team. i really wanted to see where we matched up against them

RMJ, too. Good point. Basically everyone who came off the bench played really well. Theo played really smart in his minutes.

Even with him out the Lakers are a still a solid playoff team. They are not championship level, but they are solid still.

Nice to see Jax playing well..he was shooting less than 40% coming into the game, he needed to boost those stats..

Let's hope for good minutes out of Blair and McDyess in the second half so Duncan can get plenty of rest at the end of the 3rd and beginning of the 4th.

I'm sure he would average 30/10/15 on this squad

I agree with DPG about RJ..

He started off the game really well..I don't think Artest can cover him off the ball, RJ looked really quick next to him..

When we went to small ball, he settled for a J against Powell and then drove and made an errant pass to McDyess..he didn't do anything else..

He needs to bring that 1st quarter effort in the 2nd half, he looked good to start the game, stay aggressive..

I'm all about our bench, and I'll be digging up that old NBA forum thread to shove it up the Faker fans, particularly that Purple and Gold moron.

Look for Ro Money, Manu and George to come up big. Pop, please don't play TP much in the 4th today.
