On the bright side, Fisher is gonna ask for more money after that series. Gotta take care of his daughter after all. New York hospitals are expeeeeeeeensive.
Doesn't matter who has the ball and makes the pass, and who shoots it, in that case - Dragic has range and balls just like Nash as he has proven a number of times these playoffs. My point was that those two guys should have been playing together as they have shown the most 4th quarter balls, and both can penetrate, pass and shoot.

LOL at Reggie ripping Jordan's Hanes commercials.
I feel for Steve. Poor er could not do more than he has to get to the Finals, but it's never quite enough. He's allowed to cry all he likes.
hard to step up when your coach keeps you out of the 4th quarter till the 3 min mark, that was even longer then game 5
I think we just watched Nash's last hurrah. Amazing that he's been able to play at such a high level at his age.
David Stern's wet dream........... Lakers Vs. Boston!
I want one of these players in the post game interviews to talk in that monotone autotuned voice they remix in those NBA commercials.
Yeah don't disagree with that, would've been worth a shot.
Probably the reason for the water works display by Nash in the lockerroom
I knew I had to knock it down.
Can somebody explain to me why Kobe bit Jason Terry's "JET" taunt after he made that last shot?..
Couldn't he have done something better?..
Lakers fans. Can I ask you guys why you're so stupid???
You've had Robert Horry on the team have seen that he is a playoff performer who doesn't play his best in the regular season and now with Derek Fisher who is also a playoff performer, but you keep ripping the out of Fisher during the regular season. That's not directed to all fans just the ones that rip Fisher. Why do you rip him and not wait and see how he does in the playoffs first.
I'm not sure about that. Crying is just a mechanism to relieve tension, it's a very natural thing, even if most men frown upon it.
I think Steve has a year or two left in him - he certainly showed this year that his body is still capable of it, and mentally he's as tough as they come. He'll be back again next year.
Lakers are also going to face a completely new Rondo. That should be an awesome match up.
his is more sideways flying and he usually only pulls it out once a year
He tried to dance once before and then Mason Jr. hit a game winner. Ahhh, I remember when Mason wasn't pure dog . Those were the days.
Tonight:
*Dragic confirmed that he is a true impact player.
*Vuja hopefully ended his own NBA career.
*Fisher earned his entire 2009-10 salary.
*Kobe reminded us that he's the best shot-maker under pressure in the game.
Luck the Fakers.
I have no problem with Kobe doing it. LOL Kobe is that good he can do whatever he wants to do. Jet on the other hand sucks and I want to knock him out when he does it. He hasn't proven or done anything.
Will the Fakers put Artest on Rondo? I think not because Artest doesn't have the footspeed to keep up with him, and nor does Fisher. So, who slows Rondo down? I don't think the Fakers ahve an answer to Rondo.
You could be right but I think Nash is realizing that his chance at an NBA championship has come and gone. This was his best shot and they just couldn't get over the hump. The pieces they have aren't good enough. I might be over thinking his emotions but we'll be have hear his thoughts to find out....starting with the press conference.
I see what you are saying, but he could have thought the same thing last year or the year before, yet he came back like this. I think he's one of those guys who will grieve as he needs to, but by next season he'll have his game face on and try to win it all again. He strikes me as one of those steel-willed mofos who will never break, like Lance Armstrong.
"If I wanted to intentionally hurt someone I would have done it in a very different way."![]()
you, Vuja . May you never grace an NBA court again.
In that interview he said he was "protecting himself". What a load of e. He was being an arsehole as usual. you, Vuja .
