Besides hitting no threes Bonner has some good stats at the half ... but the intangibles are just missing

Look at Griffin's scoring at the end of the 2nd quarter and Bonner's contribution to the Clippers is very tangible...

Do you think he's getting the Fabricio Oberto treatment? Fab didn't get any significant minutes until the second year. It would be a shame because Tiago can produce much much more than Fab.

The Spurs won 63 games with their starting centers the year Oberto was there and would have cruised to a championship if Pop hadn't decided to bench them a couple of games into the playoffs. Pop seems determined to ride the Bonner train, and he doesn't realize that Manu Ginobili is the only reason it's not a dismal failure.

If he's going to play Bonner, might as well play him at the 3 and keep Ime on the bench..he just isn't an NBA player..there's a reason nobody else signed him..when you're a veteran NBA player and can't even get a scrub role on a team, there's a reason for it..

If that's the case Gary Neal should stay on the bench too.
