Is raider wrong though?
when you got millions illegally here already then yes, it's been a crisis forever and definitely the system has been overwhelmed.
Is raider wrong though?
But it apparently wasn't. Did anybody call it a crisis or overwhelmed during the dubya years? Coz he had consistently larger border crossings than now.
its shameless tbh
completely
Same number of family units?
Nice try. The Trump administration chose to overwhelm the system.
There's more minors now than then, however, it's anecdotal. Why would "family units" be a metric? Do they only apprehend family units? Do individuals in family units spend more resources than individuals in non-family units?
Plus:
The separation of children was due to a “zero tolerance” policy under which the Trump administration prosecuted individuals for the misdemeanor offense of crossing the border illegally and removed children who were with a mother or father when apprehended.
The “crisis,” from the perspective of administration officials, is that people from Central America are seeking asylum. It is not just an issue of illegal entry, since, as discussed earlier, the data show Border Patrol apprehensions of family units have actually declined slightly compared with the same period last year. Members of the administration would also like to discourage individuals from going to a lawful port of entry to avail themselves of the right under U.S. and international law to apply for asylum. Donald Trump made that clear in a tweet that declared individuals should be sent home without access to “judges or court cases.”

Just on FY 2000 alone there were 4x more apprehended individuals on average than now. Same in 1987.

The House Democrats all get together to tweet.
Do they caucus to figure out what they want said?
Are they not true or no longer relevant? I mean, if that's what you're arguing, back it up.
Point stands, mass illegal immigration was many times worse in the past, yet nobody deemed it a crisis or claimed it was overwhelming the system (not to mention that ICE/Border Patrol agents are now at an all time high).
You didn't think this policy started awhile back?
Jesus, you're getting stupider with every post.
Trump manufactured this crisis by letting authorities use migrants in their Stanford Prison Experiment. Cruelty is the goal.
crossings drop during the summer
Because, you know, dying and stuff.
Cool story. Doesn't invalidate a word I said.
Now, what are the answers to the questions? Were they wrong before?
Black pastors don't buy Nike shoes.
Notice you didn't refute the point he was making.
