I agree with the rhinoplasty. They basically break your nose and the sound of human bone breaking ON PURPOSE is just a little much.Eeeew. That just sounds like a gross surgery. There are very few surgeries that I can't watch - rhinoplasty is one (because of that HORRIBLE noise that the chisel makes ... ugh), and something like that would be another.

But it gets boring sometimes so I just say it and go make terrible comments.
