Well hopefully he shows up on Tuesday and takes it out on the Clippers for a Suns win.
Do you not get it? It's a ing All-Star game.

It's pathetic that both Amare and D'Antoni have their panties in a bunch over Amare not getting MVP today.

I don't care if is little leaque. You know how sensitive players are. If it had been Kobe not getting the MVP he would have his panties in a bunch.

haha, after looking at the box score, other than kobe, all of the other four starters got less minutes than every reserve except for okur, a bigger dude...d'antoni cannot coach any other way, it's all small ball or nothing

Amare came off really poorly in Jack McCallum's book on the Suns. Dude sounds like a total dumbass.

well, the mavs and the knicks are my teams (yes, the knicks but they have really disappointed me because i really don't like francis or robinson or isaiah)

but i do have secondary teams that i root for, 2-3 teams, and the lakers are definitely frontrunners in that group and i've even gotten my bf to take a good look at the *new* kobe, something i thought would never happen unless froze over

so in a way, unless the mavs are playing the lakers, i do watch all the lakers games and root for them

It's Galileo, I put the Lakers hat on him though.

It's originally a joke about the Boston Red Sox. But I changed it up a little.

Yes, I agree Amare was immature in doing pushups against the Spurs but he is only twenty-four so I will excuse it at that point but not if he does it again.

Amare was getting minutes because he was one the guys most interested in playing the game. He is not the definition of a ballhog. Most guards handle the ball and he either posted up or played a pick and roll with one of the guards or ran the floor with the guards. They passed him the ball and he was very efficient in scoring. He attempted twenty-two shots and made fourteen which equals 63% shooting. Amare also had nine rebounds, three assists, one steal and one turnover in twenty-one minutes. In comparison, Kobe played twenty-eight minutes, took twenty-four shots and made thirteen which is 54% shooting. Yes, he had six assists (he is a guard ), six steals and four turnovers. If anything it would have been nice to have co-mvps.

In relation to D' Antoni playing the Suns players, well they do know his system and they were scoring well and efficiently. He also played Carmelo twenty-five minutes, Tony Parker twenty-three minutes, Ray Allen twenty-one minutes, T-Mac eighteen minutes, Dirk sixteen minutes and Garnett, Duncan and Okur fourteen minutes. The most efficent scorers in order were Carmelo, Amare, (not all dunks if you were watching the game) Marion,(yes, most of his were dunks), Tony Parker, and Dirk. T-Mac and Garnett were shooting 37.5 % while Carmelo's was 66%, Amare's was 63%, Marion was 60%, Parker was 57%, Kobe was 54% and Dirk was 44%. I think coach wanted to win the game.

As a side note, according to ESPN.com Amare's twenty-nine points in twenty-one minutes was the second highest ratio of any twenty point scorer in an NBA All-Star game. The record is held by Michael Jordan who scored forty points in twenty-nine minutes in 1988. Amare scored one point per 43.4 seconds and Jordan scored one point per 43.3 seconds back in 1988. Have some facts before you go bashing certain players. This isn't just aimed at you in particular but at a lot of people who were bashing the Sun's players and D' Antoni's choice of players in the second half.

although parker did a better job with this, kobe dished out the assists in the first quarter and it's not like amare wasn't trying to rack up the points thanks to the minutes his coach gave him...it's mostly for this last reason (d'antoni catering to his guys) that i'm glad kobe won
