Not joining in the LHN was a 100-year decision, just like last year's 100-year decision to stay in the Big 12 for one year.

Couldn't really understand this but if OU is so set on going west then they do not want their own network. The PAC doesn't allow that.
Noone is saying Texas is the reason OU is leaving, but it has definitely played role.
Same goes for Nebraska, Colorado and A&M
Wouldn't they need new regional networks anyway?
Say if USC did wants its own network as was brought up earlier, do you think the PAC would just let them go without exploring ways to accommodate them?

OU has very publicly said they want their own network, now with all of the pac talk the Sooner network talk has died down but last year they were working with cox communications trying to make it happen
