It was less than a second in real time between Amare catching the ball and dunking it, much less elevating before the alleged kick.
Watch the video again, he caught the ball at the 4 second mark and was done dunking by the 5 second mark.
And I can't explain why Amare didn't elevate the way he normally does, but does that mean Bowen kicked him?
Hey, Manu sucked in this series, and he normally plays very well, so it MUST be Bell playing dirty throughout the series, right?

Bruce clearly has enough time to run over, look where Amare's ankle is, and deliver the blow. This is all shown on the video.

In the fourth quarter, Stoudemire felt a kick to his left Achilles tendon as he leaped inside. He came down awkwardly and said his foot was sore the rest of the night. He got treatment before practice.

Stoudemire said he wasn't sure Bowen had kicked him on purpose until he saw the replay.

I can't argue with you why Amare landed awkward, because unlike people around here, I can't make up facts through opinions and non-proofs.
But Shaun Livingston didn't get any contact when he got injured, and things like this happens, people land in awkward positions and hurt themselves.
So we are down to having enough time and not having enough time, I can't argue this, but look at the video again.
At the 20 second mark is where Amare took off (alleged time of kick), Amare didn't have his right leg kick out until the 23 second mark. If his leg bounced off of Bowen's kick, would this not have been instantaneous?
