yeah once you start working 50 hour weeks on salary it's awesome. especially when you don't get overtime and have to work it regardless.
My only salary job was for family.
I figured it out hourly one day when I was feeling especially put upon (yeah, I'm petty) and figured out that I made about $4.75/hour that particular week.
I was on a salary this summer. My co-workers figured we were making something like $2.00 an hour.
