not quite. as big and powerful as howard is, he's small compared to Shaq. in his heyday, if Shaq got the ball within 10 feet of the basket, he went up for a monster dunk, no matter who was hanging on to him. Howard, on the other hand, was toppled by Kobe. Nuff said.
