Yeah, that's the hope. We're probably going to have to play one of those four teams in the 2nd round. Something like this though:

1. Spurs
2. OKC
3. Warriors
4. Portland
5. Houston

Would be nice. Let Portland and Houston's starters wear on each other for 6-7 games and then we knock off the winner, then hopefully the Thunder and GS take each other 7.

Why do you care? Do your part and don't worry about anyone else. The Super Moderators have left this forum to die and Bruno's basically the only remaining governing body. I'm sure he has a life outside of Spurstalk so he isn't ging to catch everything but for the most part, the upstairs has always been PG. If you need to use the restrooms, you may do so in the downstairs where you can do your business in any thread and no one will say boo.

I think most of us have a life outside ST. What's your point? I'm not asking him to catch everything. Letting boring trolls and dumb schtick dominate the forum while alienating decent posters for using an "offensive" word (one that has been used in the past and with great frequency) is selective moderating. If you guys are fine with letting the upstairs become a rat's nest without any personality, then that's on you, but don't get your panties in a twist if someone points out that it has become largely unreadable to a vast majority of members. That's part of the freedom that you claim to enjoy.

And Spurstalk drop in quality has nothing to do with some kind some lack of moderation. It has to with the lack of quality content posted by quality posters. If you want this forum to be better, start making quality posts.

Damned straight. Outside the game grades, there haven't been many ambitious posts. It's wasnt just timvp last season. Many people broken down stats, looked at film and contributed to the discussion. We need more of that on this site.

If anyone's wondering why I haven't put my money where my mouth is, I can't access Spurstalk from my computer for some reason. There's no way I'm making a compelling thread on my phone.
