The date is virtually illegible in your screenshot, which was obviously intentional on the part of whatever head posted it to the Reddit pro-Trump echo chamber you get so much of your material from. And no, the context of the statement is not in the screenshot.

I'm on a phone and I can clearly read the date in the screenshot. Stop trying to attribute your poor eye sight and laziness to someone being dishonest.
