NBA has to end this review everything and any contact with the face is a Flagrant 1 thing. It's awful. You can't just stick your face into a guy as a defender and get two shots and the ball. ing ridiculous.
I do see the reason for the rule. Concussions are a real life problem and even with this rule in place you have situations like Embiid who had an orbital fracture. Don’t know the answer but you have to be consistent at least however you call it.

This game is over. As talented as Doncic is, he doesn’t have Morants mental toughness in the 4th Q. That’s been the most impressive thing about Ja this playoffs. He’s at his best in the 4th.

I'm going to have to see what his mental toughness in the 4th is like if he has a better team around him. You can't expect him to do it all with the crappy/average team he has around him now. You'll just fatigue in the 4th.

it's ridiculous how often he passes out of a trap in the paint only for no one to be able to make something out of a scrambling, out of position defense
no one is coming back from that massive of a deficit that late in this stage of the playoffs. that's just stupid and begging for more injuries, which they've already been on the bad end of.
I don’t trade Ja for Doncic tbh. jar’s leadership and mental toughness is great, stuff that makes eventual league MVP and HOF and I do think he’ll be an NBA champion. Doncic is talented. Better shooter, smarter, a ###### player, doesn’t need to be explosive but he’s not mentally tough and hasn’t been a good leader.
It's the ing playoffs. You don't pull starters at 4:30 because of possible injuries. There's still a chance for a run. How pathetic. It even sends a message to your team and the other team that you're begging for mercy and have no fight.
I knew it wasn't just me but Chuck just mentioned on TNT that Doncic indeed hogs the ing ball way too much, or dominates the ball as he put it. The Mavs were actually playing better without him. Brunson with two straight subpar games. It's almost as if Luka is just trying to get his stats while also tanking the games to get out of of Dallas. Luka is a superstar, but he seems like a little selfish diva who would rather be on a team like the Lakers.
But who knows, maybe the Mavs blowout the Suns the next 2 games at home.

I personally would have given them one more minute to see if something happened, but it wasn't nearly as big of a deal as you are making it out to be
hard to see that happening when the #2 option is a slow midget and the center is undersized and soft as charmin
