Obviously Durant's two rings have no credibility, not just for him, but the Warriors either.

Outside of that and an unprecedented combination of opponent injury luck (both in terms of opponents played and avoided because of it), what have those frauds accomplished?

There is rumors leaking already from suns locker room, that KD is demanding a trade to a real contender.

Monty Williams is fired and CP0/Ayton are traded for whatever they can get tbh.

Durant is revealing to be one of the most overrated players ever. Other than that one series against the bucks I can’t recall him dominating the compe ion as the main guy in the playoffs, and even then the nets lost in that series. I recalled Dirk doing it, Barkley doing it. Durant is basically tmac on loaded teams. And to think people ranked him above curry or being equal to Lebron at one point.

What do the suns do in off season
    3-step process IMO:

    First: burn CP0 jersey

Second: Fire whoever drafted Ayton over Luka

    Third: Fire Monty

I remember Durant only being good when he got a lot of touch fouls. Nothing Like Kobe, Manu, D-Wade. You could hammer these guys and they'd still score. Apart from Wade in 2006 finals run, these guys didn't get the ref treatment Durant used to get in his prime. These types of players (Harden too), get exposed in the playoffs. Great win Denver, I wanted the Suns gone (only because of Durant, would have been OK with the others ringing. They shouldn't have made the trade).

Idk, his personality and his coattailing winning players, winning teams aside, Durant to me is still one of the most indefensible scorers the game has ever seen. Sure, one can question his ability to lead teams by himself or without immense talent around him. I don’t think that takes away from his astonishing offensive abilities. The two Golden State les and FMVPS will always have asterisks attached. I still think he’s one of the all time greats.

In response to one of the above posts, I’d take Durant over Karl Malone 100 times out of 100. Prime Charles was about as crazy an individual talent after the first tier guys like Michael, LeBron as the league has ever seen. The combination of being a physical specimen with skill and ability and an aggressive style of play compares pretty favorably with a guy like a prime LeBron. So I agree Charles over Durant. I’d probably take Dirk over Durant too, but I think they’re similar talents. Not necessarily similar players, just similar caliber players. Wouldn’t fight too much either way if either were chosen over the other.

You add the non basketball to the equation, and I think it’s easy to criticize the guy and use it to discredit his game.

To be fair Durant never got into the groove of being the best player. He almost was at that point with nets before an injury struck. Maybe he never reaches that point again however

We all know that had durant been wearing a GS uniform-

all those fouls by the nuggets would have been called and durants team would have won that series due to the nuggets being demoralized by the reffing

now im wondering if the nuggets will not look as dominant against the lakers and/or the warriorrefs?

What has he accomplished other than falling short every time when he wasn’t teammates with Curry? All time talented but also an all time mental midget.
He won the Olympics for team USA.

    LOL.

Until Jrue Holliday and Middleton arrived very late that team was definitely not going to win.

Durant played very well for Team USA nonetheless.

I liked his game in Dallas, but no way did I think Brunson would be this good. Kid is a dog. He fights, he makes tough shots, big shots. Got a pair on him bigger than plenty of guys with more talent.
