    It was a great trade.

    The not-so-great part was the Spurs' thinking that it was such a good deal they could give away Scola.

    It relieved the Spurs of Rasho's horrendous contract, but the Spurs made it a bad trade once they believed Bonner was a long-term solution to the "stretch" 4 spot. Bonner should have been shipped out of town two seasons ago. He stinks and will never play to the level Pop believes he can.

    My fellow Dominican with egg on his face. Timvp, how you ever saw such potential in Bonner is beyond me and everyone else.

    Good trade. Got rid of Rasho's bad salary with two expiring contracts.

    Bad thing, Spurs kept resigning Bonner for way more money than he was worth. And they traded away Luis Scola to afford him.
