i recently got the Wii does anyone know any good games? GTA IV trailer looks really Hi-Def I hope the gameplay is great.

Zelda is the only game I'm interested in on the Wii. At least until the new Super Smash Bros. game comes out.
btw, i noticed your gamerpic. I think about 80% of people have a Family Guy pic on their tag
I want to play Trauma Center where the controller is used like a scapula and other medical tools it just looks fun and I believe got good reviews.
I do agree that it will take alot of time and effort which is why I believe that we will soon see $70 games because of all the money and other things that go into it. But I didn't only mean graphics power is better on the PS3 im talking about other things, for example I've heard that they can make the leaves blow a certain way when you pass them and different ones (whether you walk or run past them)
I've heard of them being able to put AI into different invidivual animals for example so that they all act differently if a player is nearby or if another animal is to make it more realistic. When it comes to just pure processing power from my understanding (and please correct me if I'm wrong) the PS3 blows everything else out of the water.

Wii is in much higher demand, they have not sold more units. The demand far exceeds supply at this moment.
MS has more units sold than both (in North America), but thats because they had a year headstart.
I am sure the gap will close, but the sad truth is, neither Sony or Nintendo have a catalouge like M$. Nintendo will always fare well because Zelda, Mario, Metroid, etc sell themselves.
M$ is trying to do the same thing, branding. Wii has a nitch, thats for sure. A very large nitch. But no one is going to play Halo on Wii, or GoW or GTA 4, or God of War 3, or Twisted Metal, or Mass Effect, or Huxley, I could go on and on...
PS3 and 360 are for gamers. Wii is for the wives and children of gamers.

thank god Sony is going downhill, the only reason there system continue to do well was stupid bs SQUARESOFT and teh FF series on the platform keepin the ps2 afloat....

Just an FYI, at Circuit City, if you buy Guitar Hero 2, on release week (aka tomorrow), you get a free 1600 Microsoft points card, which is basically 25 dollars off if you think about it.
I can't wait for its release on Tuesday, so if anyone wants it, go and get it at Circuit City.
Can anyone else not get on Gamespot.com anymore? It's been about a week since I haven't been able to get on the site. I thought it was a problem on there end but I'm starting to think it's on my end now.
I thought it was my web broswer so I tried both IE and FireFox but still nothing. Every computer in my house I have tried to sign in but still nothing. Maybe I need a newer version of some software they use? Any tips or hints would help. Thanks.

argue all you want about what console is best, but you can not debate who is winning the hd-dvd vs. blu-ray war. as far as software goes, you can't show me any data anywhere that shows hd-dvd leading in any sales category since Christmas.
No, what I was talking about was that I was expecting the PS3 to come out and then Blu-Ray to kick the out of HD-DVD. But, Sony with the shortages, the overheating problems, and the ty library messed it up. I don't think anybody is winning that format battle right now. But I was expecting the PS3 to be an advantage on that.
