Brewster to A&M is now official. I don't know how they're going to do on the field but they'll kick ass on the recruiting trail.
I don't think it's legit.
Angilu going on a two year mission is actually really good, his body will come back more mature and he will be a 20 year old coming back with 5 to play 4. That means he could be a 5th year senior at age 25. Then again, he could come home and decide he wants to play at USC or Utah. Never know.
OrangeBloods reporting that RB Craig Williams of Crosby will not sign until February.
Per Inside Texas, RB Craig Williams of Crosby has been offered as a RB.
Apparently the staff was talking to him about slot WR, but that's no longer the case.
It appears as if they want him in the class regardless of what WR Rondale Moore does.
...so some religious cult field trip will get his body ready better than two years in a collegiate weight/conditioning program. Boy you are just full of quality takes.
How legit is the 2 year mission thing? Is that a done deal? Has anyone confirmed it?
I haven't seen a report that the family has made a decision.
Hopefully we'll get clarification soon.
yes, i know caden and his family. straight up kid all the way around and a gamer. he will definitely be a contributor to the longhorns. the moore kids are definitely a dead scratcher, tragedy and all. not sure what to make of them.
A few notes on new JUCO OL offer Noah Banks of Iowa Western C.C. (OrangeBloods)...
-this looks like a Florida/Texas battle even though he's committed to Arkansas.
-he will visit UT on Thursday and then head to Florida for his last official visit, Florida hasn't offered yet but he is originally from Pensacola.
-he will sign on December 20th and have two years to play two, he used his redshirt when he played for Murray State.
-Coach Meekins visited him yesterday in Iowa and he's been speaking with Coach Warehime for about six weeks.
The Football Brainiacs are reporting that LSU is beginning to target new defensive backs.
They feel this is a good sign for UT when it comes to the recruitment of CB Anthony Cook.
2019 WR Garrett Wilson (Austin Lake Travis)
He's originally from Columbus and his QB Matthew Baldwin committed to Ohio State last week.
The Football Brainiacs are being told that JUCO OL Levon Livingston of Navarro College will be visiting this weekend.
They're still working to confirm.
According to Inside Texas, the UT coaches will bring JUCO OL Jahmir Johnson of Arizona Western in for an official visit during January.
He won't be an early enrollee.
This guy, I really want.
There appear to be a number of positions in our scheme his body could lead him to.
wilson is a of an athlete.
Seriously, you are a bitter little man. Every religion is a cult, I could care less about what he is doing as a missionary. Here is what I know will happen. Between 18 and 20 his body will harden and his muscles will mature. I never said he is better off on a mission than in a weight/conditioning program. But Texas will be better getting a 20 year old in their program for 4 to 5 years than an 18 year old.
As far as the LDS church goes, I lived in Utah for 3 years, they are great neighbors and great people. Any problem you have with their religion is your own issue. I also lived in South Carolina, I noticed that most of the biggest alcoholics I knew were good Baptist on Sunday so forgive me if I don’t share your dislike of the Mormon faith.
Coach Drayton was in Crosby today to see RB Craig Williams, per 24/7.
