I don't even pay attention to the show anymore when she's around. I'm serious. I start chasing my daughter all over the apartment playing with her because her scenes are just not important at all. It's so ing unnecessary and it's killing the pace of the show.
I did like Chloe coming back. I thought the whole scene of her leaving her family knowing what the consequences might be was a little touching.
I can guarantee that Renee will kill Tony. I just hope she does it in the nude.
By the way, she'll be back next year as will Jack and Kim. It's been confirmed.
So let me get this straight. Tony is working for people higher up than Hodges and his instructions were to destroy the cannisters except one so they could then make more pathogen for an attack in 6 months time? BUT then they decide to just go "what the hey? Why not use our only one now?"
I loved the scene when Jack yelled at Janis, poor Jack hes well and truly losing it now.

When is Jack going to get back in action? Or is season 8 going to be starring a mentally unstable Jack? I'm starting to think that might be the case!

They are not "higher up" than Hodges. Hodges was part of that group that you saw having the conversation via phone/net conference. Hodges made the mistake of overplaying his hand for personal reasons and the rest of the group decided that he had become a liability.
As for the canisters, I believe the plan was to have them all for some plan that they wanted to execute. However, Hodges screwed up their plans. Tony was only able to save one canister. They were planning to replicate the virus in that canister and execute their plan six months down the line.
Tony, however, convinced that chick to propose attacking now with that one canister while the government was running around like a chicken without it's head.
Logan was a dumbass, and I didn't like his character. But, at least the guy who played him ACTED the ing part.
This is just a horrible actor. She's supposed to be tough and pissed and it never shows. That ing just ing can't act.
Jack will be fine. He's going to make a full recovery and he'll be the same old Jack next season. But, I think Renee will have a bigger role next year.
CTU is supposed to be back in full force next season so I think them bringing the servers back online was step one.
I got a distinct "you're gonna die" vibe from Chloe in that scene with her and Morris.
