Oh . I better leave right now because you said so.

    Seriously..Jesus.

People are stupid. You dont know the first thing about me and then you go and say I'm not a Spurs fan. Where do you get off?

I've been a fan of The Spurs since before their first le. You are a general stupid person, Ruff may be a cool dude but he's a pretentious dumbass when he says things oh you're not a fan blah blah when in fact you or him or anybody on this board dont even know the first thing about me.

As per what I said when The Spurs lose..that's my right. You s dont like it, well tough. You have 2 things you can do. 1 Put me on ignore list. 2 Just pretend I'm not here.
Pretentious is subjective, but be that as it may, you constantly QUIT ON THE TEAM and that is not the sign of a True Spurs Fan for mine. I am not the only one in this thread who has pointed that out to you.

As for the Sky is Falling reactions from some people when we lose, that is just a normal part of the scenery.

    Carry on.

Who knows? Bad matchups is bad matchups, and the Bucks are ours so it seems.

As for Charlie V, he has alopecia:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alopecia_areata

BTW, thanks for the outrage and defence T Park, but guys like Shadow own themselves, and guys like Ice are good people, they just get worked up. Relax, big man, all is cool.

    Us originials gotta stick together.

BTW, good NY resolutions. If more of the world did that we would be in a better place.

And you're right Ruff I just get worked up over bad losses.

Now that I've cooled down I am DISGUSTED with myself for calling Tim out. Tim has earned the last shot anytime he wants it, in any game.
Yeah, you just take it to heart, and the posts are part of your need to let out the pain that comes with really caring about it deeply. That's cool... but remember, it was just the Bucks!

As for calling Tim out, you'll need to go to 228 for absolution on that one!

So what do you guys think about Bonner? He just was a bad match up tonight or has he come back down to his usual self?
He looked lost again tonight. I fear he has found his doubt again...

I may quit on them from time to time but not all the time as you are suggesting. I may temporality quit on my own team but for legit reasons. Games like this is what Irks me about the Spurs, games they should win they dont. If that doesn't make a Spurs fan mad then I dont know what will.

At the end I'll still be a Spurs fans regardless of what I say. At least I'm not as fake as T Park is. I may quit on my team but he pretends everything is ok with the team when its obvious there is a problem. At least I have something to say. T Park is just a tool. That's my view on the guy.

    Everyone has their preference, right?

All the best for the New Year pal, look forward to more arguments about Mikey... although I'm gonna have to stop with that I think. He has a valuable role in this team, and he's playing far better than last year.

PS I was all over Mason from the start.

See you all in a few days.

    Peace. Love. Unity. Respect.

Sure, you've certainly got a right to your preference.

I'm guessing you are pretty young from what you say above, so just let me suggest something to you - the essence of being part of a team, or of truly supporting a team, is never giving up on them, never being the weak link. Everyone is irked when the Spurs play badly, but those who truly support the team don't walk away from it when it's down - they are just as solidly there in support. Think about that.

Does what I've said really matter in the context of the Spurs? Probably not, it's just a sporting team, and you are just one of thousands of fans. But in the context of life, what I've said is crucial. I hope you live differently from what you say.

    Peace.

This year's Spurs team is one of the weakest team in the NBA.
    We're pretty much done.
This Spurs team blows. While I'll agreed that they do this every year it seems, this year tops all. They're all playing like , no defense, no ofense. Cant do right. This team is doomed this year.

If somehow they make the PO they will get ass raped by whichever team they face.

Spurs can only contend with scrub teams...barely.
this game..I'm done watching this travesty of a ing game.

Duncan was off from the tip tonight. I won't even bother to try to figure out why. He's a compe or, he plays to win. He leaves it all on the court consistently.

Unless he's sick or hurt, I'm confident we won't see this kind of game from him Friday. It's rare to get 2 bad games in a row from him when he's healthy.

He played bad tonight. I'm the biggest Duncan homer on this board but I'll call him out when he has it coming. I'll also cut him the slack for the rare off game he has. In my opinion he's earned it. Besides, no one will give him more grief for a game like this than he will.

    He'll be a monster Friday.

I'm off to make some guacamole and tomato with coriander and sea salt for my corn chips, and to sip on a Strong Long Island Iced Tea, while smokin' some fine green and watching a replay of the Suns game. Let NYE begin!

can somebody ban posters like Shadowflames? these people clearly don't understand anything about the NBA..this team is 20-11, despite not having Parker and Ginobili for a month+..take every other top team's 2nd and 3rd best players, and tell me where they would be..

this guy is also clearly a bandwagoner, as proven by his posts..

any Spurs fan can tell you that we do this every year, including our le years..furthermore, THE BUCKS OWN US..look at tonight..they made a ton of crazy shots, including an ill-advised Bell step back 3..Duncan was missing shots he makes every game..everything in this game was uncharacteristic, which is what always happens vs. the Bucks..

the Lakers have been completely healthy all year, and they've lost games to Indiana and Sacramento without Kevin Martin..

Boston just lost to a Warriors team that we beat by 40..and they were healthy at the time..

this happens, especially with a team that cruises like ours..please ban the idiots and bandwagoners, they make this forum a lot less enjoyable..

Lol what a tool...you think 1-2 games this early in the season actually means something. Face is losers...the Spurs are on the same level as the Mavs and Suns which is MEDIOCRE. In fact, the Mavs could probably beat the Spurs in the best of 7

Spurs want no part of the Mavs...only worse matchup would be the Lakers for em. I pray if the Mavs make the playoffs they face the Spurs...easiest matchup

Nah, no banning here, and it's one of the things that make this a great site. If he gets nasty he'll get pinked, but otherwise it is our collective responsibility to educate the young man and help him to become a better Spurs fan... so we shall continue to try to help him.
