At least Wemby's FT look smooth
At least Wemby's FT look smooth
A good FT shooter will always have potential to be a good 3 point shooter
TD's first summer league game he got pwnd by Ostertag or something like that
I know they want him to be himself but can he be himself a little closer to the basket?
Cool story. Chris Paul is also a glory-hogging, dirty-playing, flopping little who can't stay healthy and is pushing 40. He doesn't deserve to wear a Spurs jersey so... Chris Paul. We can figure this out without someone like that.
Blake Wesley summarized: blows by his man, drives in the paint, Champ wide open in the corner, Wesley blocked at the rim.
you cant make this **** up with wesley ffs
How many times has Blake gotten blocked ?![]()
Wonder if this games causes Wemby to reconsider wanting to play from perimeter that often.
I'm thinking a D- in the grades
Wemby embarrassing himself tbh. This was rough. Glad it’s over.
Of all the spurs we have, I never thought I would be so excited to watch Champagnie play. I love the Danny Green breakout story vibes he’s on.
Wemby offense is tough to watch. Yikes
wemby weak af needs to hit the gym asap
Chmapagnie can compete for starter spot ??? He seems legit
Wemby looking like Bol Bol out there![]()
Welp, about as bad as a game can get from a scoring perspectiveDefense was as good as advertised though and he had some really nice flashes of playmaking. Hope we get to see him in another game or two in SL.
Rough game for Wemby, but there were flashes of greatness
Wemby had a rough shooting night and tough game on offense. My biggest take away, Wemby is no center.
Soft ass frenchie tbh. Needs to get stronger asap. Unfortunately it’s in his blood though tbh.
Tim Duncan in his first summer league games
"Duncan scored 12 points on 5/9 shooting and grabbed 7 rebounds, compared to O’neal’s 23 points on 8/13 shooting. The even bigger shock came when Greg Ostertag of the Utah Jazz made Duncan look like a school boy with little to no basketball experience. Oddly enough, Duncan scored only 14 points on 6/10 shooting, compared to Ostertag’s 21 points on 7/12 shooting to go along with 10 rebounds"
