That was the perfect situation for Leinart. Cardinals will make some noise this year.

I like the pick up of a USC O-lineman in the 2nd-round as well. Slick move.

Leonard Pope in the third. Boom or bust, but with those receivers, that runningback and Warner and Leinart (in wings), you'd have to figure boom...

I've waited a long time for this. My father once purchased season tickets for the Cardinals and after going to every game, proclaimed it the worst expense he'd ever made.

    I'm hoping they've come a long way.

Hollywood should thrive in their system, so long as there's a line that gives him around 4/6 seconds.

I have no idea about Pope except that according to some, he'll be the steal (no matter where he was drafted) or be out of the League in a few years.

    Boom or bust.

With that talent around him, you'd figure boom, but there's a reason a TE of his physical skill and ability slipped into the third.

You don't know anything about Leonard Pope????? He could easily be the 2nd best TE behind Vernon Davis.

He is hugeeeeeeee and can catch very well. He is alright at blocking, more of a catching TE.

Pope is like 6'7 or 6'8 260 lbs

nfl draft rivals says this about him.....

Rivals.com: Has potential to be one of the bigger steals of the draft. He has all the tools to excel in the NFL - size, speed, athleticism and big-play ability. He is a very good receiver, but his blocking skills need work.

I live in Yuma, Arizona. Not many SEC games on TV... we mostly get Pack-10, Big-12 and some Big-10... Other than the random primetime ESPN game, no, I don't see many SEC, ACC or other main conference games.

I work (sort of) for Rivals, so I know what I've read.

I like what I've read (other than the lack of fundamentals in blocking technique), but again, I'm flying blind.

Those rankings are a bit off from what I've seen elsewhere and what I've seen so far in the 4th.
