Yep ; and Kapo too
Barkley and Bavetta kept this from being the worst All-Star saturday ever
Yep ; and Kapo too
"whistles"Barkley and Bavetta kept this from being the worst All-Star saturday ever
Thats a strong statement there bro.
As always, a lukewarm night before the ASG.
Amused at MJ being the hardass judging the dunk contest.
Someone take the basketball away from Nate Robinson. Please.
Jason Kapono wins the 3 point shootout. I can't stop touching myself.
There's no better way to improve ratings than to feature Iceman (sorry) and Lambeer in unis decades after they retired.
i found a clearer picture
it said
"ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST !
PHIL: 4:13"
^^exactly
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/allsta...nry&id=2769976A photographer with a telephoto lens helped me get a good look at that sticker, and in addition to a pre-printed image of Howard's face, his initials, and his number, there was handwritten marker. Not too big. In fact, even with the lens it was very tough to read.
In this life, you always have to read the fine print. And the fine print on that sticker made clear that Howard, at least, doesn't believe he did it alone.
"All things through Christ" Howard had written in marker. Then "Phil 4:13." That's Philippians 4:13.
Asked about it, Howard recited in a heartbeat: "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

Exactly ; he dunked fro mthe FT line to win the 1996 dunk contest in...San Antonio...
Pugglekicker_21 , WTF have you been? Are u sure you are from SA???
I've liked :
- The Bavatta/Barkley race, it was hilarious.
- The 3 point contest. Not a lot of suspense but it's always nice to see a conteast with some best shooters in the league.
- Terry and Dirk choking. Arenas owning Dirk with only one hand. (It's just to tease some Mavs fans)
- Dwight Howard :an all star and a big man (big men aren't favorised in the dunk contest) who hasn't acted like a pussy.
- Green's first dunk and Howard sticker dunk : both were great dunks.
I haven't liked :
- The shooting stars event : It's more a lottery thing that a real contest with the midcourt shot and even if it's nice to see some legends, it's painfull to see them missing 10 3 pointers in a row.
- The skills contest who looks like an agilty dog event with unmotivated dogs.
- Mary J Blige for destroying a nice song.
- No Barry.
- Nate Robinson : pathetic.
- Slam dunk judges : pathetic too.
James in skills contest WTF????? He's like a rino
Happy that I wouldn't see Nate anymore in SDC.
SDC is worse and worse each year...
I loved MJ falling out with the other old judges.(He was gry-an we could see it in his eyes and his discussions with J....Just pathetic. That's why he gave a 10 for Green's last).
The best of the night was the Bavatta/Barkley race, with Bavatta sliding until blood and he's 67...oh man Give him credit for that ad Charles is...![]()
