I've got nothing against Spanoulis, but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for him to join the Spurs. Good luck to him whatever happens.
OK I make the Spur fan mad and angry and upset. I sorry now also seem all hate Billy.

Also come close Christmas time and this not good thing. So I stop posts now for long time. Also Billy say he want the Spurs and Spurs fan like him. One day he will be with team and must have good relations with all.
So for long time now his news will be stopped. Update maybe when Euroleague and Greek league playoff begin, or maybe after Greek Cup championship.
So for now I stop and Billy agree we not intend upset fan only intend give them information. But Billy say Merry Christmas.

What freakin sucks is that I actually liked Spanoulis before you started all your wild mumbo jumbo. In rookie training in NYC in 2006, he tore up the other NBA rookies. I thought he was going to be able to develop into a good player.
"Billy" isn't a point guard (I don't care if you show me 1000 YouTube videos.) "Billy" is a wild slasher who would likely just be a small SG in the NBA but might be able to become a decent combo guard.

sorry some of these posters act like jerks (14 yr olds will do that), but just tell Billy that if he does end up coming to the Spurs and plays up to his potential, Spurs fans will embrace him whole-heartedly!

It's not that I hate the dude, I don't. I have seen videos of him in action and he is a great offensive threat. The thing that I don't like is K_B_P tries to shove him down our throats every chance he gets. K_B_P is the one leaving a bad taste in our mouths with his obsession with Spanoulis. He just doesn't get it. Concentrate on the greatness of this current Spurs team. Leave Spanoulis on the back burner till if and when he does come to play for the Spurs.
This is the last I am going to contribute to this thread of all threads. NO more of my 2 cents wasted on someone who does not currently play here in the States. Ciao!

Today was great day for Spanoulis. At home PAO beat Siena in first game of Euroleague playoffs in front of 18,000 crowd and Spanoulis passed Manu on Euroleague all time scoring list.
He also is now passed Fabricio Oberto also
Next up is Andres Nocioni. He only need 28 more points and he will pass him as well.
