Only a handful of Spurs fans in this thread (if even that much) are complaining about the officiating. Most (like myself) are incessantly complaining about the Spurs ty defense and lack of ball movement.

There has been a lot of contact let go tonight. At first it was on the Suns, but the refs let the Spurs get away with contact too so it's all good.

well, seeing as though the people you saw talking about hip checks don't necesarilly represent Spurs fandom in its entirety, how about you stop trying to diss Spurs fans, and focus on arguing your point??

Seems to me you're more interested in dissing than anything else. Which wouldn't really set you apart from the others idiots that have migrated here from the ASFN and .net forums... with a few exceptions

I post over at insidehoops because I cant stand asfn. Whatever. Enjoy the game. Maybe you guys will have relaxed after the game. I know gametime can cause people to act like they normally wouldnt.

I never have a problem with the refs if its being called both ways the same.

I agree but that poster said 8 out of 10 and I don't think its that much so I asked him to prove his statement since he stated it as fact.

I am on record as not being on the "blame the refs" bandwagon. To do so, IMO is cowardly.

Big 3 need to pick a few guys they trust, and actually let them shoot once in a while. Let those guys be Barry and Finley open from 3, Thomas open on baseline, Oberto anywhere near the hoop.

Down by only 7, Suns aren't going to keep shooting 60% all game.

Amare can score 40, Spurs need to shut other people down and keep Nash from getting other people involved. Spurs also need SOMEONE other than the big 3 to score, which is a familiar refrain.

Depends on what we need more: offense or defense. It seems to me they cancel each other out. Barry is somewhat of a defensive liability and the same can be said of Udoka on offense.

Barry played a big chunk of the 2nd Q, and I think he has to play as much as possible in the 2nd... but he needs to get the ball wide open from drive and dish. Unleash Barry, seriously. I feel like he could drop 20 tonight.
