Starting to think we are going to be losing some of our young DTs.
Per Scout, Texas will be hosting 2 JUCO DT this weekend. They are trying to get more length at the position.
Larrell Murchison is a 6-foot-4, 290-pound DT from Louisburg College and is currently committed to Ole Miss – He will be with both his parents this weekend in Austin.
Jamari Chisholm is a 6-foot- 5, 290-pound DT from NE Oklahoma A&M. Jamari called me yesterday, and we spoke for about 25 minutes. He will be making the trip alone this weekend to Texas. One of his parents (Mom) has to work, and his father will be with one of his parents. Coach Giles will make an in-home visit with the Chisholm family after he visits this weekend. They have told Jamari as well as Larrell they are going to extend verbal scholarship offers to both if they visit this weekend. Both of these kids are very fired up about visiting Texas this weekend. And remember last week when I told you Texas wanted to get more length at the position?

I wouldn't look at it that way. I believe the number was always one and with Wilson now out of play, look for Texas to take one of these guys. Plus, Orlando likes length up front and these two are in the 6-5 range, instantly making them the tallest DT on roster. Nelson is 6-1 and Poona is 5-11, which fitted what Strong liked up front.

Hope we can pull in 3 or 4 from that list. This will be a great cycle for stocking up on DBs.

They've been committed to Notre Dame since the summer.
